Mr. Baker has over 35 years of experience in DoD Acquisition and Operational Logistics, Sustainment, and Program Management. After retiring from the United States Navy in 2012, Trent took on the risk and challenges to become a day trader to capitalize on his realized gains from the 2008 financial collapse. He applied a great deal of stochastic analysis, technical analysis and trend analysis to develop trading plans that he executed as to plan with no deviation. A true executor to the discipline of “plan the trade and trade the plan” conservative approach that results in return on investment, a solid business building entrepreneur.
In 2015, Mr. Baker brought his leadership, analytical and program management skills to Andromeda Systems Inc. performing Systems Engineering and Logistics Supportability Analysis, modeling and simulation and data analytics. As a technical Subject Matter Expert, he led teams that provided crucial analytical and technical services to the Joint Program Office (JPO) and NAVAIR in support of the F-35 aircraft/weapon systems in-service and acquisition program. With a particular emphasis on life cycle logistics program development, maintenance, and sustainment plan alternatives analysis, a key contributor to efforts aimed at optimizing the F-35's performance and cost reduction.
In 2021, Mr. Baker was a founder of Ready 3 LLC, and its Chief Technology Officer. As a Subject Matter Expert consultant for the Air Vehicle Program Management Office for the F-35 Product Support Strategy and all Integrated Product Support elements, he integrated across teams of program managers, engineers, and logisticians to drive down cost, improve components, procedures, workmanship, and safety. He provided data driven results using transformational processes, creative analytical approaches that were provided to key decision makers to affect change in strategic policies for the F-35 program that lowered operational costs, optimized logistics footprints and improved system availability.
In 2023, Mr. Baker founded Paradigm Max Q LLC, a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) based in Arlington, VA. Warren Scovell is the President and Chief Operating Officer for Paradigm Max Q, LLC. In this capacity, he is responsible for all operational aspects of the company.
Mr. Scovell has over 32 years of experience in DoD Acquisition and Operational Logistics, Sustainment, and Program Management. After retiring from the Marine Corps in 2014, Warren joined the F-35 Joint Program Office as a civil servant. Prior to his departure from Civil Service in May of 2024, he serviced as the first Director, F-35 Fleet Readiness, as well as several other key leadership roles, to include: Deputy Product Support Manager (PSM), Air Vehicle PSM, Director of Integrated Logistics Products, PSM Chief of Staff, and the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics for all F-35 Foreign Military Sales.
In 2014, Mr. Scovell joined civil service as the F-35 FMS Assistant Program Manager for Logistics for all current and future FMS counties. He was responsible for overseeing the integrated product support strategy, planning, development, cost and price analyses, Letter of Offer and Acceptance development, and administration.
In 2018, Mr. Scovell was selected as the Maintenance Team lead, and subsequently the Air Vehicle Lead Logistician for all U.S., Partner, and FMS countries for the F-35. As the Subject Matter Expert and Air Vehicle Senior Sustainment advisor for the F-35 Product Support Strategy and all Integrated Product Support elements, he led technical teams of program managers, engineers, and logisticians to drive down cost, improve components, procedures, workmanship, and safety.
In 2019, Mr. Scovell was selected as the Chief of Staff for the F-35 Product Support Manger, then transitioned 18 months later to lead all Integrated Logistics Products, as the Director. In these two roles, Mr. Scovell was responsible for the integration of staff, sustainment policy, and execution of contracts for all F-35 integrated logistics products.
In 2021, Mr. Scovell was selected as the PSM for the F-35 Air Vehicle PMO, and one year later selected as the Deputy PSM for the F-35 Program. In these roles, Mr. Scovell responsible for overseeing the integrated product support strategy, planning, and policy for the F-35.
In 2022, Mr. Scovell was selected to stand-up and lead a new Fleet Readiness Directorate for the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter. He was responsible for establishing and executing a plan to improve MC/FMC across all variants and fleets. As Director, Mr. Scovell collaborated with stakeholders internal and external to the program and had decisional authority regarding all implementation of readiness improvement plans for the F-35.
Mr. Scovell has a bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transportation, and he is Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act certified in Logistics and Program Management, as well as a graduate of the NAVAIR Leadership Development Program.
